Participants include World Bank, WWF, IUCN e.t.c. IUCN, International Union for Conservation of Nature helps the world to find convenient ways to conserve environment like forests grown locally. Eco tourism is encouraged to be practiced. Eco Tourism provides income and employment so that local people see benefits of forest conservation. Tourists climbing Kilimanjaro pass through almost every village around Mount kilimanjaro slopes. Villages and community see and help support tourists like guiding and local food. During kilimanjaro trekking, tourists follow ways natural built which lead to kilimanjaro summit. Kilimanjaro trekking ways are called Kilimanjaro routes. Kilimanjaro climbing routes are 6 and are named Machame route, Rongai, Marangu, Umbwe and Lemosho. 

RONGAI route is on northern side of Kilimanjaro and travelers pass through Rombo district. Marangu route travellers pass through Marangu mtoni town and villages. Machame route tourists pass through Machame district. Umbwe route pass through Old Moshi road.
